Getting powdered food, gels and pills ready for the JoBerg2C. Everything squeezed into zip baggies. The nutrition pack for each day weights just of 1kg. The packing exercise resembled a Johannesburg CAT factory.

hi everybody…massage therapist shereen here. i enjoyed this years race so much and will definately do it again next year. its hard work but such a lot of fun. its nice getting to know all the cyclists and to have a camping adventure. hope to see you all soon.shereen
