Establishing blood group pre Swazi Frontier stage race in October

We had a fun time giving blood this morning.  Neither Mike nor I know our blood group.  We need this info for our Swazi Frontier paperwork.  So after this mornings spruit ride of just over 2 hours … all sweaty and helmet clad, we cruised into Lancet Laboratories in Rosebank to establish our blood type.  I hope you enjoy watching this clip as much as I did making it.  You see, it is not all about the bike.
